This whole journey started when my adorable twins burst into our lives. Life got real, real fast. I said goodbye to my office job and hello to full-time mommy. But it didn't take long for me to feel like I was in a bit of a tailspin. It's not easy being a twin mom. And honestly, I was feeling unfulfilled. So, I decided to dive deep into some serious self-discovery. I started prioritizing my mental health, practiced meditation and yoga and built some amazing friendships. This whole journey of inner growth and self-love has been incredible, and it's not only made me a more present and mindful mom but also inspired me to launch my this brand design studio helping women in the health & wellness space share their magic with the world. Life's a wild ride, and I wouldn't have it any other way.
